Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or video proof.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of pooja and spiritual products, opened or used items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once the return is approved and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement

If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.
